Rates and Policies
Guest Apartments
- A credit card must be given to reserve guest apartments
- Cancellations must be received two weeks prior to your reservation date—cancellation policy
- No pets allowed
- All IHOP–KC Housing Tenant Policies apply to all our guests
- All units are non-smoking
- The units and furnishings must be cared for; any damages will be charged to the tenant's credit card
Short-term Furnished Apartments: Month-to-month
(Tenants must rent for a full calendar month or pay the nightly rate)
HERRNHUT
One bedroom/one bath furnished units, including utilities: $725 monthly
Two bedroom/one bath furnished units, including utilities: $825 monthly
- $100 non-refundable deposit is required for stays longer then a month; $50 non-refundable deposit for stays lasting only one month
- There is an application process
- We supply all linens, and kitchen and bath towels.
- All IHOP–KC Housing Tenant Policies apply to all our guests
- A thirty-day advance move-out date must be given
Long-term Living: Six- and Twelve-Month Leases
HERRNHUT
Twelve-month lease
| One bedroom/one bath: $500 |
Two bedrooms/one and 1/2 bath: $650 |
| Two bedrooms/one bath: $600 |
|
| Two bedrooms/one and 1/3 bath: $625 |
Three bedrooms/two baths: $750 |
For six-month leases add $40 to rental price above.
- An application must be approved
- Applicants must be on IHOP–KC staff or attending an IHOP–KC school or program.
- To hold an apartment, we must receive the $275 security and key deposit and a move-in date
- Units will not be held more than two weeks before scheduled move-in date
- Utility confirmation numbers must be submitted to the office prior to scheduled move-in date
- Full rent is due by the 5th of each month
- Late fee will be added for each following day
