$60 in advance for six releases (released over a one year period)
US domestic shipping and handling is an additional $3 USD ($4 USD Canadian addresses, $6 USD international).
There is no shipping charge if you use the MP3 download option.
Subscription to the Limited Edition CD Club is for a minimum period of three releases.
