While they are completing the Forerunner Curriculum during their first semester at IHOPU, first-year FMA students are assessed and placed in an appropriate level of our KeysETT and Prophetic Musicianship courses. KeysETT teaches ear training and theory skills on the keyboard in a way that is relevant to participating on a worship team. Prophetic Musicianship courses are group classes for each instrument, i.e. group classes for guitarists, bass players, keyboard players, etc. There are five levels of KeysETT and Prophetic Musicianship, and after completing level five of either course, students may choose electives in order to focus their study.
All courses are designed to train students to flow in unity in a worship team context. These programs provide an excellent opportunity for short-term and long-term training within a live setting of 24/7 prayer with worship.
