 For over two decades, Lenny and Tracy LaGuardia have devoted their lives to equipping, empowering, and helping enable and mobilize young people, parents, and leaders with kingdom of God truths and relevant strategies for ministry to children today.
Their passion for mobilizing this generation of children and young people to walk in the fullness of Christ and in the power of the Holy Spirit has taken them all over the world as speakers and consultants to thousands. Currently, Lenny and Tracy serve in a senior staff capacity at the International House of Prayer Missions Base in Kansas City, where, under the leadership of Mike Bickle, they direct and oversee all local, national, and international ministries relating to children and teens. They have been married 25 years and have five children: Lenny, Leatha, Andrea, Adrienne, and Shontavion. Lenny and Tracy live in Kansas City, Missouri, with two of their daughters, Andrea and Adrienne, and son, Shontavion.
