A Spiritual Community
The International House of Prayer of Kansas City (IHOP–KC) seeks to be a community of believers who live out the two great commandments: to love God and to love one another (Mt. 22:37–39). IHOPU students are fully integrated into the community of the IHOP–KC missions base to help them live out these commandments from day to day. Students run alongside full-time intercessory missionaries, learning in an atmosphere specially geared toward cultivating the lives of intercessory missionaries in training.
Outreach Opportunities
Ministry to one another, outreach, and evangelism are a natural outflow of spending hours with Jesus. Throughout each semester, our faculty and students participate in evangelistic and compassion outreaches and justice initiatives, where we have the opportunity to share the love of Jesus and minister in the power of the Holy Spirit.
