Mike Bickle

Chancellor, IHOPU
Director, IHOP–KC 

Mike Bickle is the director of the International House of Prayer of Kansas City (IHOP–KC), a missions organization based on 24/7 prayer and worship that is committed to evangelism, healing the sick, inner city outreach, multiple justice outreaches, planting houses of prayer, and training missionaries. IHOP–KC has continued in nonstop prayer led by worship teams since September 19,1999, and seeks to combine 24/7 prayers for justice with 24/7 works of justice. Mike is also the founder of IHOPU and the author of several books, including Passion for Jesus, Growing in the Prophetic, The Pleasures of Loving God, After God’s Own Heart, Prayers to Strengthen Your Inner Man and 7 Commitments of a Forerunner. Mike’s teaching emphasizes growing in passion for Jesus through intimacy with God, and doing evangelism and missions work from the place of night-and-day prayer.

Allen Hood

President, IHOPU
Associate Director, IHOP–KC

Allen Hood (M.Div., Asbury Theological Seminary) serves as both president of IHOPU and as associate director of IHOP–KC. His highest call is to intercede for the fullness of God to be released in the Church and to labor for the strengthening of the global prayer and missions movement. Proclaiming the glorious splendor of Christ Jesus is his joy, and preparing the Body of Christ for His glorious return is his burden. To this end, Allen is deeply committed to seeing unceasing corporate worship and intercession established in every tribe, tongue, and nation. Allen resides in Kansas City with his wife Rachel and their three sons.

 


 


Sarah Sun Kim

Executive Vice President, IHOPU

Sarah Sun Kim (M.A. Harvard University, B.A. Columbia University) is an intercessory missionary at IHOP–KC, where she contends for God’s kingdom to be established on earth as it is in heaven. Her passion is to see the first and great commandment restored to first place in the Church and to witness a global chorus of night-and-day prayer and worship arise to proclaim the beauty of Jesus, to prophesy the release of salvation to Israel, and to usher in a global harvest unto the return of Jesus Christ, our Bridegroom, King, and Judge.

 


 


Wes Hall

Provost, IHOPU
Vice President, IHOPU Ministries 

Wes Hall has been part of the leadership team of IHOP–KC since 2000 and a faculty member of IHOPU since its inception. Formerly a practicing lawyer in the UK, Wes now focuses his energies on teaching biblical classes at IHOPU. He has a particular passion to see God’s people gain a clear understanding of the crucial place of Israel in God’s plan. Wes is married to Carol, and they have three young children.

 


 


Shelley Hundley

Vice President of Training, IHOPU
Director, Forerunner School of Ministry

Shelley Hundley has been on the senior leadership of IHOP–KC since its inception in 1999 as one of the original five interns who helped launch the International House of Prayer under Mike Bickle’s leadership. In addition to serving as Vice President of Training at International House of Prayer University, she helps direct the IHOP–KC prophetic ministry department. Born and raised on the mission field in Medellin, Colombia, Shelley was radically saved during her sophomore year at Asbury College through the intercession and testimony of a small band of students praying for revival on their campus. Fluent in four languages, Shelley is passionate to see the nations of the earth prepared for the return of Christ and to see 24/7 prayers for justice combined with 24/7 works of justice.

 


 


Doug Conder, Ph.D.

Vice President of Administration, IHOPU

Doug Conder (B.S.Ed., M.Ed., Abilene Christian University; Ph.D., University of Kansas) joined the IHOPU leadership team in June 2009 as Vice President of Administration. His background is in college administration and fundraising. Doug and his wife, Kimberly, moved to Kansas City from Texas in June 2008 with their children, Hampton and Rees.

 


 


Chuck Metteer, Ph.D.

Associate Director, Forerunner School of Ministry

Chuck Metteer (B.S. University of Redlands; M.Div., Ph.D. Fuller Theological Seminary) taught at Fuller Theological Seminary, Vineyard Leadership Institute, and Harvest International School, before joining the International House of Prayer University team. His research and teaching specialty is in desert spirituality and practical theology. He also pastored in the Calvary Chapel and Vineyard movements for over fifteen years. He and his wife Karen moved to Kansas City in 2010 from California. Chuck’s burden is to train students in spiritual formation from an end-time ministry perspective.

 


 


Pablo Perez

Director, Forerunner Music Academy

Originally from Argentina, Pablo and his wife Andrea spent seven years as missionaries in Mexico, involved in pastoring a church and in worship ministry. Since April 2001, Pablo and Andrea have been intercessory missionaries at IHOP–KC, where Pablo has served as a worship leader, musician, singer, and now as the director of Forerunner Music Academy. Pablo’s desire is that people would know the very presence and majesty of God through the power of prophetic worship. He has written books and study courses and ministers at various conferences around the world.
