Intro to IHOP–KC
The Intro to IHOP–KC internship is designed to impart the vision, values, and understanding of the basic structure of IHOP–KC, along with the practical skills necessary to succeed long-term as an intercessory missionary. While we welcome applications from all believers in any season of life, Intro to IHOP–KC is more specifically designed for those who are called to a lifestyle of prayer and ministry or who want to prepare to join the IHOP–KC staff.
We believe that the Lord is calling all ages into His house of prayer. Our goal is to equip singles, couples, and families. Children are taught the same truths at their level of understanding. In this way we hope to help build strong families.

All tuition is due by the first day of orientation. Cost covers all internship teaching, activities, and outreaches, but does not include housing or food. Interns are responsible for the cost of their travel.
Find Housing »Two tracks are offered, but unless the goal is to become a staff member at IHOP–KC, Track II is not obligatory.
Interns who successfully complete both tracks of Intro to IHOP–KC may apply for ministry staff at IHOP–KC or apply their internship as credit toward the first semester of any school of IHOPU.
Intro to IHOP–KC offers Children’s Tracks for children ages 1–12, embracing the Malachi 4:6 mandate by ministering to every generation. Children’s Tracks run concurrently with most adult sessions and are taught by passionate staff who desire to see the younger generation filled with the knowledge of God.
